From the Directors:

Welcome to April.  Hopefully everyone is well.

We are having the Chapter H Mini Golf challenge at Vitense Golf Land on April 10th12 pm.

With weather improving and riding season starting, I would like to remind everyone to be safe and be aware of your surroundings especially when the weather is not ideal.  A Georgia man learned this the hard way in Florida:  https://www.thedrive.com/news/44792/biker-nearly-flies-off-raised-drawbridge-after-smashing-through-gate   Not the kind of thing you want to explain to your co-rider or insurance company.

The leadership team discussed having a summer picnic.  If you would like to work on this your assistance would be appreciated.

Acronym of the Month:  ARC/TRC – Advanced Rider Course / Trike Rider Course

From the Directors:

Welcome to March.  Hopefully everyone is well.  We had an in person meeting for February.

I would like to find people for ride coordinator.  Also if you would like to be involved planning one of the dinners we have (aka Snowbird dinner, Christmas Party) it would be appreciated.  I would like to get someone to arrange the reservations for the restaurants.

The leadership team discussed having a summer picnic.  If you would like to work on this your assistance would be appreciated.

With March hopefully going out like a lamb we can get started with riding and “top down” convertible trips.  It doesn’t hurt to start working on the spring motorcycle checklist.  State Farm Insurance has a good list here:  https://www.statefarm.com/simple-insights/auto-and-vehicles/motorcycle-maintenance-spring-checklist

From the Assistant Directors:

If you’re interested in being an assistant director, ride coordinator or just in general assisting please let Denise or I know.
