From the Directors Hello Chapter H members and friends! Happy New Year everyone! As we are writing this newsletter, we can’t help but think about everything that has happened this year. First was a new leadership team taking the reins from a very experienced team and doing our best to keep things running smoothly. Some things went very well. We had not one, but two very successful fund raisers. We are booked for the Shoe Box again in 2020. We don’t know about Vetesnik’s yet, but we will let everyone know as soon as we hear anything. Thanks again to everyone that helped with either or both of these!!

We held a mini-golf chapter challenge at Vitense Golfland that was a huge success! We hope to have a repeat in 2020! Any ideas to make it better are welcome.

We (Bruce and Tina) were selected as the chapter’s Couple of the Year (COY) and then were selected as the District COY. It has been an awesome experience that we will never forget. The journey is not over yet though as we continue to move forward towards the International COY selections. Thank you everyone for your support and encouragement!!

Throw in several great chapter rides, a region E reunion weekend, several trips to other district rally’s, along with Wing Ding and that makes for a pretty busy year on the go.

Other memories include a couple of accidents: Leo and Marlene Casper surviving a long slide down a new road and my (Bruce) encounter with a deer that I walked away from! We all had guardian angels watching pver us!!

So looking back, we saw some really good things that happened, but we know that we can and will work harder to do an even better job for the chapter in 2020. We want to say thank you to everyone for their friendship and support in 2019!
